The Challenge
The Walking Access Commission (WAC) needed a streamlined, internal learning solution to enable staff to make the most of Microsoft 365 tools. With limited in-house resources for training, WAC sought an efficient, user-friendly portal to provide staff with easy access to relevant information, personalised learning paths, and effective support to boost their digital proficiency.
The Solution
To meet these needs, WAC partnered with Spoke to deploy the Traction Learning Hub, a rapid, tailored learning portal solution based on Microsoft Learning Pathways.

Solution Design and Rapid Deployment
Using our Traction Learning Hub framework, we delivered a customised learning portal within 24 hours. This framework accelerated setup by adapting Microsoft Learning Pathways, giving WAC staff a fully functional, branded portal within their existing Microsoft 365 environment.
Customised Content Architecture
Working closely with WAC, we assessed staff roles and responsibilities, creating customised learning tracks to ensure the portal provided highly relevant, role-based content. This made onboarding and upskilling in Microsoft 365 both intuitive and engaging for staff.
Integrated Operational Support for Continuous Learning
We embedded an FAQ section and a service request form to make the learning experience interactive and responsive. This approach enabled WAC staff to quickly find answers and submit requests for further assistance, enhancing self-service capabilities and user confidence.
Coaching and Mentoring
To ensure WAC’s learning portal would evolve with their needs, we provided initial coaching to their internal team on managing content and user engagement within the portal. This empowered WAC to adapt training content independently, supporting ongoing digital transformation.
