The Challenge

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission (MHWC) faced significant challenges when establishing its new organization, including the need to rapidly migrate large volumes of data from legacy systems, deploy new Microsoft 365 services, and build a new digital workplace within a tight timeframe. The project involved comprehensive planning, rapid deployment of Microsoft 365 services, and extensive user enablement.
