The Challenge

The Parliamentary Council Office (PCO) faced a critical juncture after a significant incident highlighted the need for comprehensive IT modernisation. With the selection of Microsoft 365, it became evident that PCO's end-users had limited knowledge of the core Microsoft 365 suite and a desperate need for support. The lack of internal expertise and the sheer volume of data to be migrated posed formidable challenges.

The Solution

To address these challenges, PCO sought a partner with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and a proven track record of delivering successful digital transformations.   • Legacy System Decommissioning: Migrating content of four legacy systems including Documentum, and Confluence.

  • Data Migration: Transferred over 1TB of data from four legacy systems to the secure Microsoft 365 platform.

  • Staff Empowerment: Providing comprehensive training and support to equip PCO staff with the necessary Microsoft 365 skills.

  • Security and Governance: Implementing robust security measures and governance frameworks to protect sensitive information.
